Our Chairman would acknowledge he is incredibly fussy with seating. Arriving into Singapore after a 12 hour flight, he really wants his window seat. How reassuring that BFP’s smart software checks seat maps continually, even on the busiest flights, and they always match his preference.

Airlines seem to change their fares and availability so quickly, yet the BFP team have the knowledge and expertise to navigate through this. They also benchmark every long-haul fare (so our team don’t have to) and they even have smart tech that alerts us to cheaper fares that become available…just brilliant!

When our Senior Management team were caught in snowstorms near New York, the BFP App had already notified the team in advance and we were able to make alternative arrangements seamlessly. What could have been a very difficult situation was effortless and we avoided that last-minute rush for seats!
