AIR FARES

Airlines reserve the right to withdraw fares at any time (even after seats are held), therefore fares are not guaranteed until tickets have been issued. Some airline published fares are subject to additional credit card handling fees.

EXCLUSIVE FARES WITH BRITISH AIRWAYS – CONDITIONS OF SALE

Some discounted and BFP Exclusive fares will collect Avios points based on a percentage of both the miles flown and the cabin reserved. On Business and Personal Amex points can only be earned on Airline Published fares.

FREQUENT FLYER

We encourage all travellers to sign up to their most frequently used airline’s frequent flyer programme. If this airline falls under an airline alliance, such as One World, Sky Team or Star Alliance you will accumulate points whenever you fly with any airline within the alliance.  Please sign up here.

NAME CHANGES

Name changes are not permitted at any time after tickets have been issued.

PASSPORTS

Please check the expiry date of your passport as it is recommended that your passport is valid for at least another six (6) months after the date of your intended return.

TRANSACTION FEES

All quotations exclude agreed transaction fees, these will be charged and displayed on invoices after tickets have been issued; unless agreed otherwise.
