Our 2025 Round-Up

As we reach the end of 2025, we’re looking back on a year that brought real progress, recognition and momentum across BFP. From workplace achievements to team initiatives, division launches and new partnerships, this year has been shaped by the people who make BFP what it is.

Here are some of the moments that defined our year.

Celebrating our workplace achievements

This year we were proud to be recognised as one of the UK’s leading workplaces.
We were ranked the 2nd Best Workplace in the UK for small businesses and took the 1st place position for Wellbeing. We were also named among the best workplaces for Women, Development and Consulting and Professional Services.

These awards mean a great deal because they reflect the culture our people create every day. They recognise the support, care and ambition that sit at the heart of BFP Group.

Supporting our communities

Giving back continued to be an important part of our year. Through our children’s book project, teams across the business donated their time, resources and support to help inspire young readers in our local communities. This initiative brought teams together and reminded us of the impact small actions can have.

Launching new ways to support our customers

This year we introduced the BFP Hub, a new space designed to support our customers throughout their travel journey. The Hub brings together useful tools, information and resources in one place, making it easier for clients to access what they need, when they need it.

As BFP continues to grow, the Hub plays an important role in how we share knowledge, streamline communication and deliver a more connected experience for our customers.

A new chapter for Escapes by BFP

We relaunched Escapes by BFP, bringing a fresh and elevated approach to personal travel. The updated offer reflects what our clients and partners value most: thoughtful planning, curated experiences and a seamless way to book the journeys that matter.

A standout year of events

Across the group, our events teams delivered a full calendar of showcases, client gatherings and group-wide experiences. These events brought people together, highlighted our expertise and celebrated what we do best: creating meaningful experiences with care and attention to detail.

A strong year for Music First Partnership

Our touring division had another standout year, earning its second consecutive nomination for Favourite Travel Company of the Year at the TPi Awards. This recognition reflects the dedication of the MFP team and the trust placed in them by artists, crew, tour managers and production teams across the industry.

Strengthening group partnerships

We continued to build on our long-standing relationship with The Office Management Group, with a holiday giveaway through Escapes. Moments like this remind us of the value of strong partnerships and the role they play in shaping a positive workplace culture.

Looking ahead to 2026

2025 has been a year full of connection, progress and shared achievements. We’re proud of what we’ve delivered together, and we’re grateful to our teams, clients and partners for their continued support.

And while we celebrate the milestones of this year, we’re also preparing for what comes next.

There’s something new on the horizon for 2026, and we’re excited to share more soon.
