As the year comes to a close, we would like to reflect on everything that the BFP team have achieved together in 2024.
At the start of the year, we introduced Events by BFP, our new division dedicated to corporate meetings and events worldwide. We handle all logistics, including venue sourcing, group air travel, accommodation, and activities, from meetings and conferences to incentive trips and banqueting.
Our wellbeing hub launched in February of this year. Our staff have access to blogs, including nutritional and fitness advice, a monthly book club, and a dedicated therapist for mental health support. We believe that fostering supportive and productive work environments leads to happier, more resilient teams while helping to prevent challenges such as burnout and poor mental health.
In May, we launched BeeFP with the help of Knight’s Beekeeping. BFP believes it is essential to protect bees and maintain a healthy ecosystem. We recognise the critical importance of sustainability and are fully aware of how our actions impact on the environment. At BFP, we are also committed to helping our clients reduce their carbon footprint.
We extended our day team’s availability this year, so you can now contact them from 6 am to 10 pm, Monday through Friday. Our brilliant BFP 24-hour team is on hand the rest of the time for any urgent enquiries.
In July, we were awarded Our Great Place to Work Accreditation. This is a testament to our belief that supporting staff wellbeing is essential, whether through personalised upskilling opportunities or fostering career growth. This approach empowers our team to provide exceptional service to clients and ensures a rewarding experience when working at BFP.
Our ECOSmart certification highlights our longstanding dedication to protecting the planet and re-affirms our practices align with BFP’s core values.
We also updated our 360 Technology Suite to adapt to our client’s growing travel needs. Our intuitive, easy-to-use apps and programmes give our clients a 360-degree view of all their corporate travel journeys.

With every milestone reached to further strengthen our partnerships, none of this would have been possible without our incredible team’s dedication and our valued clients’ trust. Thank you for being a part of the BFP journey. Our operations will continue as usual, with the exception of the bank holidays (Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day), when we will be closed. During this time, our emergency team will remain available to assist with any urgent matters. Here’s to celebrating this year’s successes and looking forward to exciting opportunities in 2025.
